Our Little Drummer Bazaar is November 12. It is very busy and exciting day for Immanuel, but we need your help to pull it off. Here some jobs we need help with.
Wait
Staff... There is a wait staff (waiting on tables only) sign-up sheet on the
bulletin board. No experience necessary. The wait staff will be needed from
approximately 10:45 am to 1:30 pm on Nov. 12. If you have any questions, please
call Jo Van Hoveln at 431-1426 after 5pm.
Sweet Shoppe... Sue DeMoss will be
overseeing the Sweet Shoppe. All
donations of homemade candy are appreciated. You can contact her at 497-4764
with any questions.
Attic Treasures...
Please bring
any items you might have for the attic Treasures booth to the school no later
than Sunday, Nov. 10. Nancy Purviance is the contact person.
Craft Group... the craft ladies are meeting
and making sewn, knitted, and handcrafted items for the Bazaar. Phyllis Schendel is the craft group
chairperson.
Men’s Club... The Men’s Club will be
showcasing their wood crafted items for sale. Call Bob Wakeley or anyone in
Men’s Club for info.
Country Store... The Country Store booth
appreciates all of your baked goods donations.
We need breads, pies, cookies, and cakes. New recipes are welcome! Please drop them off by the afternoon on
Monday, Nov. 11. Please contact Kay Ohl
with any questions.
